Where I got your data

The source

Your business details come from CEIDG - the Central Registration and Information on Business, the public register of sole traders in Poland, run by the Polish Ministry of Economic Development. The register is open to everyone and available at aplikacja.ceidg.gov.pl. I did not buy the data from anyone and did not obtain it from any other company.

What exactly I hold

• Company name, and the first and last name of the owner
• The business e-mail address disclosed in the register
• The website address, where one is listed
• Business classification code, town, county and voivodeship
• The result of a speed measurement of your website, if it has one

I hold no private addresses, no ID numbers, no bank details and nothing beyond what the register itself publishes.

Why I am writing to you

To offer web development services to a business - which under Polish and EU law is direct marketing addressed to a business entity, not to a consumer.

• Legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - legitimate interest, being direct marketing of my own services to businesses.
• Retention: until you object, or for a maximum of 12 months from the last message.
• Recipients: the e-mail sending platform and my mail provider. I pass the data to nobody else and I sell it to nobody.

How to make it stop

Reply with a single word, or write to biuro@luroweb.pl. I delete the record immediately and permanently, and you will not hear from me again. You do not need to justify it and you do not need to fill in any form.

Your remaining rights

You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing, and to data portability. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
