Websites

A website for a small business
that has to bring in calls.

It has one job: turning people who search for your service on Google into calls and enquiries. Not awards, not compliments from friends, not 'an online presence'. If it brings in no enquiries after three months, I built it badly - and that is genuinely how I treat it.

01Who it is for

Who I build websites for and who I turn down.

I would rather lose an enquiry than take a project that goes badly for both of us. Honestly, then: when it is worth getting in touch, and when you will do better elsewhere - in which case I usually point you there.

Get in touch if

  • Customers search for your service on Google and end up with a competitor
  • You have good reviews and referrals, but new customers have nowhere to check you out
  • Your site was built years ago and today you would rather not send anyone the link
  • You want to know how many enquiries the site actually brings, instead of guessing

I am not the right choice if

  • The budget is genuinely small - then it is fairer to say that someone will do it for a few hundred zloty and I will not
  • The site has to be ready next week - I start two weeks after we agree the scope at the earliest
  • You need a shop or a system with logins - I build both, but that is a separate offer and a separate conversation
  • You want an account manager and a team behind them - here there is one person and one phone number
02What you get

What a small business website includes. Point by point.

  • 01

    Designed around your trade

You do not pick from a template catalogue. I look at how sites in your trade behave, what they get right and what they get wrong, and design around the way customers actually find you.

  • 02

    Copy written for search

I write it, based on a conversation with you. You do not get an empty template with 'insert your text here', because I know how that ends - a site that sits blank for a year.

  • 03

    Google Business Profile and maps

I set up and configure your company profile in Google. For a local service business it often brings more calls than the website itself, and almost nobody does it properly.

  • 04

    A contact form that arrives

Tested against three mailboxes, with a notification to your phone. I have seen too many forms sending into the void not to test this one.

  • 05

    Loads in under 1.5 seconds

This is an acceptance condition, not a marketing promise. The site does not leave my hands until it drops below that threshold on a phone.

  • 06

    A month of fixes included

Something always surfaces after launch. For the first month I fix things without charging extra and answer the same day.

03What it costs

What a website costs? The prices are here, not in an e-mail next week.

The ranges are real and every project I have done so far fits inside them. We agree the exact figure before we start and it does not move after that - nothing gets added along the way.

  • Google Business Profile

When a full site is still too much, but you need to start showing up.

    PLN 500 - 1,500

    • Company profile in Google and maps
    • Photos, description, hours, service area
    • Review collection set up
    • One-page instructions you can actually follow
    Ask for a quote
  • most often chosen

    Company website

The usual choice. One focused site that turns a Google visit into a phone call.

    PLN 2,000 - 4,000

    • Designed around your trade
    • Copy written for search
    • Contact form + Google profile
    • Loads in under 1.5 s
    • A month of fixes included
    Ask for a quote
  • Site with booking

When the customer has to order or book something, not just read.

    PLN 4,000 - 8,000

    • Everything from the company website
    • Step-by-step booking or quote flow
    • Notifications to your phone
    • Calendar integration
    Ask for a quote
04Questions

Website design - questions. The ones I get asked most.

01I have no logo, no photos and no copy. Can we even start?

Yes, and that is how most projects start. I write the copy after talking to you. Photos - if you have your own, excellent, because real pictures of your work beat any stock image; if you do not, I pick decent ones and tell you plainly that they are stock. I can put together a simple, legible logo, but if you want proper brand identity I will point you to someone who does it better than I do.

02What does a site like this actually cost to run for a year?

A domain is roughly PLN 60-100 a year, hosting PLN 150-300 a year. Under PLN 400 a year in total. That is all - there is no subscription for the site merely existing and no licence fees. If you want changes later, we settle them separately or agree ongoing care.

03Will I be able to change anything myself?

Yes. I show you how to change text, prices, opening hours and photos - fifteen minutes of training plus a recording you can come back to. Anything that means touching code I do myself, but on an ordinary company site that practically never comes up.

04Who owns the site and the code?

You do, from day one. The domain is registered to you, the hosting is yours, and I hand over every credential. If you ever want to move to someone else, you take everything and nothing holds you back. Keeping a client hostage through access details is embarrassing, not a business model.

05How do I know the site will actually bring anything in?

You do not, and neither do I - anyone promising a specific number of customers is making it up. What I can show you is what is measurable: your Google position for local search terms before and after, visit counts, forms sent and calls from the Google profile. We agree on that at the start and check it after three months.

Your question is not here?

Ask it directly - I answer within two working hours, in plain words, without obligation.

05Where I work

Websites in your town. With a measurement of the local market.

For each of these towns I measured separately how fast local companies' sites load. Have a look at how your area compares - and if your town is not listed, write anyway, I work remotely across the whole country.

06Contact

Tell me what you do. I will tell you whether this makes sense.

You do not need a finished vision. Just write what you do and where your customers come from today - I will work out the rest and put it on one page, with a price.
