Who the controller is
Łukasz Rosikoń (LuroWeb), Słoneczna 15, Nowa Kuźnica, 42-350 Koziegłowy, Poland, VAT ID PL577-20-00-008. Contact: biuro@luroweb.pl, +48 605 941 333.
Contact form
If you fill in the form I receive: your name, e-mail address, optionally a phone number and your website address, the type of service and budget you selected, and your message.
- Purpose: answering your enquiry and any follow-up discussion.
- Legal basis: art. 6(1)(b) GDPR - steps taken at your request before entering into a contract.
- Retention: up to 24 months from the last exchange, or until you ask me to delete it - whichever comes first.
The speed test
When you enter an address into the measurement tool, that address is sent to the Google PageSpeed Insights API, which performs the measurement. I store the address of the measured site together with the result. I do not store who submitted it - there is no account, no e-mail and no identifier tying the measurement to a person.
- Purpose: returning the result to you and keeping a record of measured sites, which is also the source of the statistics published on this site.
- Legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - my legitimate interest in documenting the measurements I publish.
- Recipient: Google Ireland Limited, as the operator of the PageSpeed Insights API. See their privacy policy.
Server logs
The hosting provider records standard technical entries: IP address, time of request, page address and browser identifier. That happens on every website on the internet and is necessary to keep the service running and secure. Legal basis: art. 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Cookies and analytics
The site may use analytics and ad-measurement tools: Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.), Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Ireland Operations Ltd.) and Google Ads conversion tags. None of them starts until you give consent in the banner shown on your first visit - before you click "Accept", not a single tracking script lands on your device. Legal basis: consent, art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. You can withdraw it at any time with the button below - withdrawal does not affect how the site works.
Your rights
You have the right to access your data, rectify it, erase it, restrict processing, object to processing and to data portability. Write to biuro@luroweb.pl and I will act on it within a few days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Polish data protection authority (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych, ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw).
Automated decisions
I make no automated decisions about you and carry out no profiling. Everything you receive from me is written by a person.
