Online stores

An online store for a small business -
but only if it adds up.

A store where the product page opens in under two seconds and adding stock takes you two minutes, not twenty. That is the build. On the honesty side: this is the one service where I regularly talk myself out of the job - because at twenty orders a month a marketplace is often cheaper and faster. You will hear that from me before the quote, not after the invoice.

01Who it is for

When an online store makes sense and when it wastes your money.

I would rather lose an enquiry than take a project that goes badly for both of us. Honestly, then: when it is worth getting in touch, and when you will do better elsewhere - in which case I usually point you there.

Get in touch if

  • You already sell regularly and taking orders by hand is starting to choke you
  • You have dozens of products or more and stock levels keep changing
  • Marketplace commission is growing larger than the cost of your own store
  • You have a brand you want to build on your own ground, not on someone else's platform

I am not the right choice if

  • You have a dozen products and a few orders a month - a catalogue with an order form is usually cheaper
  • You do not yet know whether it will sell - better to test that before spending several thousand
  • Nobody has time to pack and reply daily - a store is continuous work, not a one-off expense
  • You expect the store to attract traffic by itself - traffic is built separately and is worth planning from the start
02What you get

What a WooCommerce store includes. Point by point.

  • 01

    Payments and couriers

Przelewy24, PayU or Stripe, plus integration with parcel lockers and a courier. I configure it, test it with a real transaction and show you where to check that the money arrived.

  • 02

An admin panel you will understand

Adding a product should take two minutes, not twenty. I simplify the panel, strip out everything you will never use, and record instructions.

  • 03

    Speed as an acceptance condition

Product image compression, lazy loading, caching. The store does not ship until the product page drops under two seconds on a phone - against a market median of 7.8 s that is a real advantage.

  • 04

    Consumer law compliance

Terms, privacy policy, right of withdrawal, lowest-price-in-30-days notice. I prepare the set - with the caveat that these are templates, not legal advice.

  • 05

    Training and the first month

An hour live plus a recording. For the first month after launch, fixes and questions are included, because that is exactly when everything unforeseen shows up.

  • 06

An exit that is not held hostage

WooCommerce or a headless setup - either way the product and order data is yours and can be exported. I do not lock anyone inside my own system.

03What it costs

What an online store costs? The prices are here, not in an e-mail next week.

The ranges are real and every project I have done so far fits inside them. We agree the exact figure before we start and it does not move after that - nothing gets added along the way.

  • Catalogue with orders

Products, photos, prices and an order form. No cart, no online payment.

    PLN 3,000 - 5,000

    • Up to 50 products
    • Order form with notifications
    • Search and categories

04Questions

Online stores - questions. The ones I get asked most.

01WooCommerce, Shopify or something custom?

WooCommerce by default, because there is no subscription for the store merely existing, the data is yours and you can build anything in it. I recommend a hosted platform like Shopify when you want someone else responsible for updates and security - you pay monthly, but you get peace of mind. Fully custom builds I advise against almost every time; they cost more to maintain than people expect.

02Would you really talk me out of a store if you thought it made no sense?

Yes, and it happens regularly. A store built too early is several thousand zloty and six months of work, after which you are left with empty stock and a subscription. If I can see you would do better on a marketplace or with a catalogue and an order form, I say so plainly - I would rather lose one job than have a client who regrets it a year later.

03How long does a store take?

Six to ten weeks, depending on the number of products and integrations. The longest part is usually not the programming but collecting photos, descriptions and shipping decisions - that work sits on your side and is worth starting in parallel, not at the end.

04What about stock or accounting integrations?

Most popular Polish accounting and warehouse systems can be connected. That is quoted separately, because the scope varies enormously - sometimes it is a day of work, sometimes a week. I will tell you which case is yours before you commit to anything.

Your question is not here?

Ask it directly - I answer within two working hours, in plain words, without obligation.

05Where I work

Online stores in your city. With a measurement of the local market.

For the largest cities in my audit I counted the local online stores and their load times separately. See how e-commerce performs where you sell - and if your city is missing, write anyway, I work remotely nationwide.

06Contact

Tell me what you sell. I will tell you whether a store is a good idea.

I will reply within two hours and concretely: whether a store pays off now, what it really costs and where to start. If it turns out you should wait, I will write that too and suggest what to do meanwhile - you lose nothing either way.
