I took the public Polish business register, pulled the company domains out of it and ran every one through PageSpeed Insights. Below is the raw result - you can check it yourself on any of those sites. I publish it because the numbers point to something that works in your favour: the bar to clear is surprisingly low.

What that means for you
At three seconds of loading on a phone, roughly every second visitor leaves - closing the tab before seeing anything but a white screen. At seven, which is where much of the market sits, only the most determined stay.

The prices are listed above and they are real. A company website is PLN 2,000-4,000; speeding up an existing one is PLN 500-1,500. The price is fixed and agreed before we start - nothing gets added along the way. If the scope grows mid-project, you hear about it before I begin, not afterwards.

That has a downside - I take 3-4 projects a month, so the earliest start is two weeks after we agree the scope. And an upside - nothing gets lost being handed between people.
Usually not. In most of the cases I measured, slow loading comes down to two or three things: uncompressed images, too many plugins, and a theme loading three icon sets. That is fixed in days for a fraction of the cost of a new site. I will say so honestly if a rebuild happens to be cheaper in your case.
Of the 37,213 Polish business websites I measured, 82.6% exceed Google's 2.5 s threshold. The median is 6.2 seconds. Google pushes slow sites down the results, and on a phone half your visitors close the tab before the page appears. The good news is that it cuts both ways: since nearly all your competitors sit above the threshold, simply getting under two seconds puts you ahead of them - without spending a zloty on advertising.
First, two weeks of waiting to start - that is the minimum queue and I say so upfront so there are no surprises. Then the work itself: a company website takes 3-4 weeks. Speeding up an existing one: 3-5 working days. A store: 6-10 weeks. The deadlines I give are the real ones - I would rather say 'four weeks' and finish in three than the other way round.
For the first month revisions are included and I answer the same day. After that we can agree monthly care or settle up for specific changes - whichever suits you. The code and the credentials are yours from day one; I keep nobody on a leash.
